Making your first video
Sign up (150 free credits, no card), tap Make a music video, then upload your song or pick one of our starter tracks. Choose a look, keep the 12-second hook option, and press Create — boppi plans the scenes, generates them and cuts them to the beat. It usually takes 3–5 minutes; we notify you when it's ready.
A generation failed or looks wrong
Failed jobs refund their credits automatically within seconds — check Usage in the studio to see the refund line. If a scene came out wrong, open the project, pick the scene and regenerate just that one (about 50 credits). If something looks broken, email us the project name.
Plans, credits and cancelling
Credits are shown before every action. Subscription credits roll over while you stay subscribed; top-up packs never expire. Cancel any time in the studio under Credits & Plans → Manage subscription — you keep the credits you already have.
The mobile app doesn't sell anything; plans and packs you buy on boppi.ai work everywhere you sign in.
Forgot your password
Use Forgot password? on the log-in page (app.boppi.ai/forgot). If the email doesn't arrive, write to hello@boppi.ai from your account's address and we'll send you a reset link.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time:
- On the web: app.boppi.ai → Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
- In the boppi app: Account → Delete account.
- Or email privacy@boppi.ai from your account's address and we'll delete it within 7 days.
What deletion removes
Your profile, videos, songs, voices, projects, share pages and uploaded files are deleted, and any subscription is cancelled. Remaining credits are forfeited. Payment and credit ledger records are kept for up to seven years because accounting law requires it; backups roll off within 30 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
